耳壓平衡------Tip of The Day (RSD)
提早做,經常做:不要等疼痛來提醒你做耳壓,此刻為時已晚。你必須藉由上昇減輕不舒服的感覺後,再次下
潛。下潛前在水面上時即可開始,此刻尚未承受任何擠壓,並縮短平衡間隔時間。有許多潛水員,腳先下水的
直立下潛方式,較易做出耳壓平衡。
Equalize Every Time
Equalize early and often. Don't wait until pain is felt before equalizing. By
then it's too late. You must ascend to relieve the
discomfort and reinitiate your descent. Start equalizing on the surface and
continue often, before any squeeze is felt. For
many divers, equalizing is easier during a feet-first descent.
